1. Acceptance of Terms

Using or browsing this website means you accept these Terms. If any provision is unacceptable to you, please do not continue using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking. The full balance is settled on departure unless another arrangement is made.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, breaks our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible play; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged with our gaming host at any time.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, imagery, logos, design) belongs to Summitvillalife or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

Links to third-party sites may appear on this website. We are not liable for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms fall under the law of International. Any dispute is heard exclusively by the competent courts of Cannes.
